Summon to furnish the Company`s stock documentation

The Management Board of Wielkopolskie Przedsiębiorstwo Przemysłu Ziemniaczanego S.A with its registered office in Luboń, ul. Armii Poznań 49, 62-030 Luboń [hereinafter referred to as the Company] pursuant to Article 16 of the amendment to the Act  - Commercial Companies Code and Some Other Acts (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] 2019.1798) of 30 August 2019 does hereby summon all the Company`s  stockholders to furnish the stock documents  for their dematerialization.

The documents shall be submitted to the Company`s headquarters in Luboń, ul. Armii Poznań 49 on working days i.e. from Monday to Friday from 08.00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m.

Luboń, this 23rd day of  September, 2020
