General characteristics:
LU - 1404 - 7 is a product of oxidation of potato starch with sodium hypochlorite. It has better functional properties than potato starch. When boiled, aqueous solutions of LU - 1404 - 7 form transparent colloidal solutions of low viscosity, which, after cooling down, set to relatively strong gels which are not prone to retrogradation or syneresis. Due to its low viscosity, higher concentrations of the product may be used whilst boiling, with a maximum concentration of 40 %.
Non-GMO declaration:the product is not derived from or produced using genetically modified organisms
