Food Grade Modified Starches

Used on a large scale in the food industry. Owing to their thickening, stabilizing and gelling properties, they can be used for the production of desserts, cream pastes, flavourings, dyes, fruit juices, milk, mayonnaise, dressings, ketchups, instant noodles and many other products.

In the meat and meat-processing industries they are used for the production of cured meat, meat, poultry and meat and vegetable preparations, and pasteurized products.
